Dressed in white, she waited for him on the stairs outside the church.
Her glass slippers were stained with wet mud and grass. One of the heels was chipped.

She saw him walking hand in hand with another girl whose lips were stained red.

Her white hand gripped the railing.

  1. How can it be that we can say so much without words? It’s not only the things you say that make your 50-word stories so inspiring, it’s the things you leave out. Also, were you inspired by Dr Seuss’s Green Eggs And Ham when you came up with the 50-word stories?
